After Signing up you will be able check out through our shopping cart. If the application is not accepted, the funds will be returned minus a $25 processing fee. Through August 30, exhibitors canceling their booth will receive a refund, minus a $25 processing fee. After August 30, there will be no refunds. The Roundup will be held regardless of weather. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather or other ‘acts of God.”
