Advertise in the program guide: The Lariat

The Roundup is taking a sustainable role. We will not mail our pre-event program, thus upholding our goal to reduce our waste and carbon footprint. The pre-event progam will be posted on line. A simple post card will be used to remind our mailing list to save the event date and look on line for their program. On site programs will be distributed to the anticipated 5,000 visitors on site in Fredericksburg as well. We encourage sponsors, exhibitors and related business in the industry to utilize our program as an effective technique to increase their visibility with our attendees.

Event Program Guides ... Advertising price based on online & at event distribution
Downloadable program guide will be posted in PDF form on the Roundup website prior to the event and will remain accessible for minimum of one year.  A minimum of 1,500 printed guide books for distribution at the show.  The printed books will be produced on a recycled paper and will also be posted in pdf form and available online for a minimum of 1 year.

IMPORTANT:
Artwork Requirements ... PDF, GIF, JPEG.   Please output PDF as high resolution (300 dpi at 100% of output size), with all fonts embedded.  Online GIF/JPG max file size 30K, no flash files.  All graphics must be provided electronically via email to: info@theroundup.org or via snail mail on a CD or thumb drive to: 
The Roundup, P O Box 2735, Fredericksburg, TX 78624.  If you’re unable to provide camera ready materials, art can be designed for you, additional art charges will apply.  Please confirm your needs for design with the Event Office.

Deadlines ... Website ads are added monthly.  Limited spaces available make your reservation early. 
Ad materials and payment must be received by the 1st of the prior month.

The Roundup reserves the right to refuse, revise, and reclassify or edit any advertisement at anytime.  We may insert the word ‘advertisement’ above, or below an ad.  Advertising for tobacco, x-rated movies, unlicensed massage therapy, astrological services, gambling, escort or adult entertainment services are not accepted.  Advertisers may not assign or transfer to another advertiser.  We reserve the right to reject or deny any advertising, whether previously published or not, at our sole discretion.

Payment & Reservations ... Full payment must accompany your ad.
